Step 1 - Got to the website
Login on https://my.clavister.com with your MyClavister account.
Step 2 - Open Create Account
On the left side of the landing page, click the link “ Create Account ”.
Step 3 - Fill out account form
Fill out the new account form. Don’t forget to choose a long and secure password.

Step 4 - Send form
Send the filled out form by choosing the appropriate optional options at the bottom, ticking the reCAPTCHA bot test checkbox, then clicking the blue “Create Account” button at the bottom of the page.

Step 5 - Use recieved confirmation link
You will receive a confirmation e-mail from no-reply@clavister.com to the address given, see that it arrives in your in-box and open the confirmation link included.


Step 6 - Sign into your new account
After having used the activation link, your account is ready for you to log in from the front page with the Sign in form.
Step 7 - First login
At first login you are greeted by a “No company“ message. Belonging to a company is not strictly needed to use the site, but it gives you access to the full range of resources and services (downloads, documentation, tickets, etc).
If your company is already registered at Clavister, then contact your company administrator to join.
Your account then becomes company administrator for the new company. As a company administrator, you can create new users or attach existing users to your company.
Step 8 - Secure your account
It Is also highly recommended that you set up two-factor-authentication under your account settings from the top menu, to ensure your personal account remains secure with Clavisters OneTouch technology using the official app on your phone.
