Failed to login when scanning QR code

If you are receiving an error message after scanning the QR code and unable to log in, there may be an issue with the QR code.

Problem description

When scanning the QR code an error screen similar to the one below is shown and the login fails, when clicking “Information” you get the following error code, error(“ConnectionToAssignment failed, status code 500:”) in OneTouch.

The reason is that at times, the QR code displayed on the login screen may be outdated and refreshing the browser tab may not resolve the issue. In such cases, the recommended solution is to click on the ‘cancel’ button on the login screen and ensure that a new QR code is generated.”
