This article covers some frequently asked questions about OneTouch when used with Clavister Cloud Services.

My profile shows n Days

OneTouch profiles are based on x509 certificates and when they are getting closer to expiry the you will get a warning on how many days are left, the profile need to be renewed before it has expired for it to continue working.

My profile shows as Expired

The x509 certificates used by that specific profile has expired and needs to be renewed.

How do I renew/re-enroll a OneTouch Profile?

That is done using the same enrollment URL as used the first time, in the format https://iam.<tenant_name>.sase.eu/enroll/
