Change Review
- Check for recent changes to:
- Admin user accounts
- Interface bindings
- Authentication settings (RADIUS, LDAP)
Diagnostic Actions
- Attempt WebUI and SSH login from all accessible interfaces.
- Try console login (credentials still required).
- If access is not possible:
- Prepare to reset the firewall via console.
- Ensure a configuration backup is available for recovery.
- Investigate:
- Account lockouts or permission changes
- Management interface policies
- External authentication server issues
Recovery Milestones
- Admin access is restored through valid credentials.
- Configuration is recovered following a reset.
- Lockout is attributed to policy or ACL-related restrictions.
