- Has there been a missed license renewal or failed sync?
- If possible, restore a valid previous license file. If so please reach out to partner.success@clavister.com to discuss a renewal.
Diagnostic Actions
- Check license status via the Clavister portal: https://my.clavister.com
- Sync the license manually via CLI, or upload a fresh license file.
- Verify that MAC address and license number match:
- Use the
lic
command to display current license information.
- Use the

- Services restored with a valid license.
- Manual renewal or synchronization is in progress.
