License or Subscription Expired

Change Review

  • Has there been a missed license renewal or failed sync?
  • If possible, restore a valid previous license file. If so please reach out to partner.success@clavister.com to discuss a renewal.

Diagnostic Actions

  1. Check license status via the Clavister portal: https://my.clavister.com
  2. Sync the license manually via CLI, or upload a fresh license file.
  3. Verify that MAC address and license number match:
    • Use the lic command to display current license information.

Recovery Milestones

  • Services restored with a valid license.
  • Manual renewal or synchronization is in progress.
