Known Issue - Invitation email is lost or the enrollment link is missing

When sending out the email for enrolling a user in Clavister Cloud Services, you may encounter some issues along the way. In some cases, the enrollment email may get stuck in spam filters or the enrollment link may be removed from the email. In those cases the enrollment link can be shared manually.

Enrolling to the Service

To enroll into the service when the enrollment mail is lost or link is removed from the email, share the following link with the user: 

https://<tenant_name>.sase.eu/enroll

Example:
